A silver alert issued by the Muscogee Nation Lighthorse Police Department for 69-year-old Rhonda Armstrong has been canceled after authorities say she was found safe on Monday morning.

The Muscogee Nation Lighthorse Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing woman who was last seen in Tahlequah on Sunday.

According to police, 69-year-old Rhonda Armstrong was last seen at the Cherokee Nation W. W. Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah around 4:43 p.m. on Sunday.

Police say Armstrong was last seen wearing a maroon shirt with black Capri pants and black sandals. Armstrong was last seen driving a silver 2016 Hyundai Tucson with the license Hyundai Tucson with the license plate number "H1I97."

According to police, Armstrong is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rhonda Armstrong is asked to call the Muscogee Nation Lighthorse Police Department
