Tulsa County Deputies said what started as a stolen vehicle investigation turned into an elder abuse arrest.

Deputies said they found a stolen vehicle in front of Anthony Wakeman's home, and when they talked to him, deputies noticed the home was filthy and an elderly couple was living with him.

They said the home was filled with trash and bugs and the man was only wearing an adult diaper.

Deputies said the woman told them Wakeman is a family member and is paid to take care of them and the home.

Deputies took the couple to a hospital and arrested Wakeman.
