A man is in the Tulsa County jail after being extradited from Georgia.

Jeffery Phillip Miller, 38, sent nude photos of himself to a girl he thought was 14 years old, police said.

Miller was actually talking with a detective, according to police.

He said he wanted to meet in Tulsa for sex and sent graphic messages detailing what he wanted to do, police said.

He's in jail for indecent and lewd proposals to a child, solicitation of a minor, and using technology to engage in sexual communication with a minor, police said.
