Tulsa City-County Library is holding a meeting on Thursday to talk about possibly expanding its Owasso branch.
Leaders with the library say they are working to replace four of its libraries in the next few years.
Those locations include Rudisill, Owasso, South Broken Arrow and Brookside.
Leaders say the locations can no longer meet the demand of the communities they serve.
The town hall meetings are being held to make sure the planning is in line with what the communities want.
Thursday's meeting is set to kick off at 6 p.m and will be held virtually.
