Roger County Deputies arrest a man who they say crashed into a deputies car while the suspect was trying to get away.
The sheriff's office says a deputy was investigating reports of a drunk driver on Friday afternoon near Talala.
Deputies say when they found the car, driven by Terry Wilhelm, he swerved into the deputy's patrol car and then into a ditch.
They say Wilhelm then tried to get away again but he was stuck to the deputy's vehicle.
Wilhelm was arrested and then deputies found a rifle and meth in the car he was driving.
That car had been reported stolen and Wilhelm had a suspended license.
