TPS Before & After-Learning Care Enrollment Begins

TPS Before & After-Learning Care Enrollment Begins

The enrollment process opens Monday for Tulsa Public School’s “Before and After-Learning Care” childcare program. That enrollment period begins Monday, but just because you sign your child up does not mean they have a spot in the program, the district uses a lottery system to determine which students get a spot.

The TPS program is open to all students in the district. You’re only allowed to sign up for the program at your child’s current school they attend, you cannot sign up for other locations.

Only Zarrow International and Eisenhower International have the before-learning care option, which begins at 7 a.m. due to their early start time. On the other hand, 37 different Tulsa schools have the after-learning care option available until 6 p.m. each day.

To apply, go to enroll.tulsaschools.org. To see a step-by-step example of how to apply and what information is needed, Click Here.

The program is completely free through CARES Act Funding and does provide full supervision with learning help if needed.

That enrollment process begins Monday, July 12 and goes through Monday, July 26th. The district says you will find out via email by July 30th if your student was picked in the lottery.

If your child does not get into the program, TPS does have other program and activity options for students listed at tulsacityoflearning.org.
